Vitamin B12 Injections

You may have a deficiency if you don’t eat enough B12 rich food, or if you have other health conditions which mean you are unable to absorb it properly.

Vitamin B12 supplementation is available as tablets or injections. B12 injections offer faster absorption, bypassing digestive issues, making them more effective for absorption problems.

Vitamin B12 tablets can be bought over the counter from our pharmacy. Tablets may result in lower absorption rates and are less suitable for those with malabsorption issues.
