Dengue

Dengue is a viral infection transmitted by mosquitoes, which can be symptom free or become life threatening. Symptoms may include fever, headache, eye pain, nausea and vomiting, muscle and joint pains, swollen glands and rash. Severe dengue fever (5% of cases) can result in shock, bleeding, and death.

Mosquito bite avoidance is important.
